Utility to automatically sort sprites in a canvas relative to distance from the camera.
Extremely useful using UI buttons in world space that may overlap at different angles, or if you, too, thought that 2D characters in a 3D space was a "clever idea."
Example uses reference to custom sprite controller, but can look for Image, SpriteRenderer, etc.
